As a sorority, we take pride in our four pillars: scholarship, leadership, fellowship, and service. During recruitment, we strive to identify women who excel in these areas while also ensuring they will not only be a good fit for us, but that we will be a good fit for them. Through our values-based recruitment process, potential new members interact with our active sisters through different events and activities to better understand if Sigma Alpha is a place they wish to call home.
